John M. Norris graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1969. He joined Cheek, Taylor and Groover in 1971. In 1985 he established the current practice at the Strawberry Plains location as a part of the Taylor and Groover Law Firm where he was a senior partner. In 1994 John began practice full time in Strawberry Plains and established the offices of John M. Norris, Attorney.
